Our Verdict
Thermarest's Lumbar Pillow is a self inflating pillow that's rectangular shaped and about 2 inches thick. To inflate you simply open the valve and the foam inside the pillow expands and sucks air into it, then you close the valve and use it.
The shape sits neatly in your lumbar region giving you extra support where your spine arches. An ideal product for long journeys on coaches or aeroplanes.
