Setting up the Hornet 2 may initially feel fiddly, as it utilises a unique sliding and locking mechanism. When you wish to set up the stove, the pot stand slides down the stove’s shaft and must be twisted to lock in place before the pot supports can fully extend. While simple, it may take a few tries to get accustomed to. Once in place, however, the 122mm stand diameter provides solid stability for pots of varying sizes (64mm to 122mm), allowing you to prepare meals even on uneven surfaces safely.
