The transport lock mode prevents accidental battery drain and the Magnetic Contact Charge System enables fuss-free battery charging without the need to remove the battery from its housing.

With up to 1,600 lumens in Boost mode, it provides exceptional visibility up to 210 metres, perfect for technical terrain or low-light conditions. Its standout feature, Adaptive Light Beam Technology, automatically adjusts brightness and focus based on your surroundings, making for accurate hands-free operation. Paired with the Digital Advanced Focus System, it offers seamless transitions between spot and flood lighting via an intuitive dial, giving excellent control over your field of vision.
Built to last, the HF8R CORE has rugged aluminium housing and an IP68 rating, making it fully waterproof, dustproof, and capable of withstanding harsh conditions—even temporary submersion. The rechargeable battery provides up to 90 hours on the lowest setting and recharges via a magnetic contact system. While effective, I would prefer a USB-C charging port for added convenience, as it would eliminate the need for a dedicated cable and reduce the risk of being without a charger on the trail.
