Our Verdict
Ortlieb Frame-Pack RC Toptube is a strong and waterproof 4 litre frame pack that attaches within the main triangle of the bike frame with 3 velcro straps. There are a variety of positions to attach to, so it makes this pack versatile for different bike set ups and compatible with other luggage that may need strapping onto the bike. The pack has additional attachments on the front and rear to stop it swaying side to side. The roll top closure is secured with 3 strong rubber bands which hook over corresponding tabs on the bag.
