Our Verdict
The Eagle Creek Expanse 2-Wheel Luggage 105L is a large, straightforward duffel-style roller built for extended trips where space matters. At 3473g, it’s lighter than you might expect for a bag this size, but it still feels solid with reinforced corners and a sturdy frame. The two-wheel design makes it more stable over uneven ground than a spinner, and the handle system feels dependable when hauling a fully loaded pack.
Inside, the layout is simple but effective—compression straps help keep kit under control, and the full mesh divider gives some separation for dirtier items. The expansion panel offers more flexibility if you're carrying extra gear back, and the external lash points are helpful for awkward extras that don’t quite fit inside. The recycled, weather-resistant fabric matches baggage handling.
