Mango is known as the "King of Fruits" in some parts of the world. The fruit is not only delicious but it also boasts an impressive nutritional profile. The Hot Cereal with Mango breakfast combines oats, mango and milk powder to create a real power breakfast that will fuel you across the Appalachian Trail or up and down the peaks of Patagonia. Just add hot water, stir and wait five minutes. Yummy!

STAFF'S TASTE TEST - At 450kcals this is a substantial breakfast. I couldn't find on the packet how long I should wait for it to reconstitute so I waited ten minutes, which was fine. Rehydrated very well, had a creamy taste like full fat milk when you have been drinking skimmed. Single cream is listed as an ingredient. The bits of Mango were nice. Overall 7/10 because it was too creamy for me. |
