Evernew's ECA-148 Ultra Light Frying Pan 20 uses a simple, effective design to create a lightweight, large capacity frying pan. The 20cm diameter is backed up with a 5cm depth so it holds around 1500ml if needed. This size is ideal when you're cooking multiple items. Amazing quality for a frying pan designed for camping! The finish on the pan works wonders for reducing the amount of food that sticks to it but you should take extra care when cleaning it.
The handle folds underneath the pan for storage and a simple sliding bar locks it in place during use. It is such a simple idea but it's really easy to use, helps keep the weight down and still gives you a sturdy handle when the pan is full. A lightweight mesh travel bag is included to help give it a little bit of protection when it's packed away.
