Our Verdict
This chef's knife is the closest thing I've found to a genuine wilderness knife designed specifically for cooking. It's neither a pen knife nor a bushcraft knife, but rather a proper tool for cooking. The blade comes in two sizes, both capable of handling any backcountry kitchen task. It includes a protective sleeve that initially felt secure but could loosen after repeated use. While I wouldn't necessarily take it backpacking, it's ideal for car camping, works well in my camper, and would be excellent for a catch-and-cook fishing trip.
