With a super light double weave Soft Shell fabric and a moisture wicking micro-grid lining, this versatile layer keeps out the wind whilst still offering a little warmth in exposed situations. Drying rapidly after the ascent it’s a jacket you can keep on in fast changing conditions.

The Mountain Equipment Aerotherm Jacket is a versatile and lightweight soft shell designed for high-aerobic activities like hiking, scrambling, and mountain running. Made from stretch double-weave fabric, it provides wind resistance and breathable weather protection.
A key feature is the micro-grid lining along the body, which helps to wick moisture and regulate temperature during strenuous endeavours. This enhances next-to-skin comfort by preventing sweat buildup.
The active fit with articulated sleeves allows excellent mobility, while the adjustable hood can be stowed when unnecessary. Other features like the YKK front zipper, hand pockets, and adjustable hem provide functional versatility.
While not intended for heavy precipitation, the Aerotherm excels as a lightweight, soft shell that cuts the wind and light moisture while facilitating airflow and stretch during fast-paced alpine pursuits. It dries quickly to minimise chilling when you stop moving.
