Our Verdict
My first impressions of the vest were that the large shoulder straps are made from a highly breathable, ultralight D Vent Mesh, which increases airflow and spreads the vest's weight over the upper body. I really like these oversized straps.
The litre water carrying capacity of the vest is more than I'm used to. However, with everything cinched down, I didn’t notice the extra capacity. Still, I did appreciate it in the hot weather we have been having.
This is a really comfortable pack to wear for short training runs and longer races as well. The pack has two movable sternum straps, which eliminates bounce which makes for a comfortable run.
The vest has many pockets to keep everything organised and close at hand while out on the trail. I'm a big fan of this vest, and as a side note, I'm a big fan of the colour pallet they have used.
