Our Verdict
The fabric used in the Lenni shirt is superb, it’s lightweight and very comfortable. They are made using 91% recycled polyester which has a lovely soft feel.
The fabric is also incredibly quick-drying. In the hot conditions, the shirt would get pretty wet under my backpack from sweat but if we stopped for a break and I took off my pack, the Lenni shirt would be completely dry by the time we set off again.
In the past, I’ve often found that tops using man-made fibres get quite smelly on longer treks, even after handwashing they still don’t smell too good. The Lenni shirt has a HeiQ Fresh treatment to the fabric which is silver free and works by absorbing the smells.
