Our Verdict
Sheets that fit over your sleeping mat like Therm-a-Rest's Synergy Luxe Sheet are brilliant if you are using a quilt as your sleep system, it means you don't have skin contact with your mat which can be a clammy experience. There is a weight penalty of course, but as well as being comfortable to the touch a sheet also adds some warmth to the mat and keeps it clean.
This is the Luxe version of Thermarest sheets and as such is really soft to the touch but quite a bit heavier than a standard sheet, but if you are car camping or are not carrying it very far it's a nice luxury. This 'Coupler' version joins two mats together making it just like you bed at home... all right - it's not quite the same!
We especially like the loops to mate the sheet with your Thermarest quilt, stops it moving around to much in the night.
