Our Verdict
Sheets that fit over your sleeping mat like Therm-a-Rest's Synergy Lite Sheet are brilliant if you are using a quilt as your sleep system, it means you don't have skin contact with your mat which can be a clammy experience. There is a weight penalty of course but with this being the Lite version its miniscule. As well as being comfortable to the touch a sheet also adds some warmth to the mat and keeps it clean.
We especially like the loops to mate the sheet with your Thermarest quilt, stops it moving around to much in the night.
