Our Verdict
Adventure Medical Kits S.O.L. Thermal Bivvy Sack is made from a very light reflective shell to which the internal thermal lining has been bonded. Its non breathable but there is a vent at the bottom and the side can be opened half way down as in the picture.
The thermal lining is very fine but provides excellent warmth for weight.
