Spaghetti alla carbonara is an Italian pasta dish created in a traditional way with spaghetti, cheese and smoked ham sprinkled with just the perfect amount of salt and white pepper. One of the best-selling Expedition Foods meals, this meal can be eaten anywhere and anytime of day. A meal meant to satisfy for any occasion or weather condition while taking part in a backyard micro-adventure or bikepacking around the island. Just add hot water, stir and wait five minutes. What a meal!

Preparation: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER* (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add up to 195ml hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to rehydrate.

Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer. The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. Do not eat.

Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
