Our Verdict
A really nice base layer made with runners in mind, as Raidlight says, it’s all in the name, the R-light is for running light. Made from Recycled Polyester and Elastane, the top breathes really well and has a good amount of stretch. It’s an athletic cut, not skin tight, so it doesn’t feel too constrictive, the material has been laser cut to provide additional air circulation to help move moisture even faster.
The 1/4 zip neck also adds additional ventilation and the short collar protects from possible strap chafe from a pack or running vest. It’s nice to see small details like that have been accounted for, it also has 2 zipped pockets that can be accessed with a vest always nice to have additional storage options.
