Serious high energy dessert. Server 1 hungry big eater or two modest eaters, though there is nothing modest about this delicious creamy and fruity dessert. Can be eaten hot or cold.
Our Verdict
Adventure Nutrition's Pack ‘N’ Go 600 Kcal range represent the ‘average’ calories for a freeze dried main meal when compared with other brands.
Generally I have a cup-a-soup and crackers to start, a Main meal of around the 600 calorie mark and a freeze dried dessert of anything from 400-600calories. Later I’ll have a coffee and cereal bar, which adds another 150 calories.
It’s useful to get something around 600 calories for breakfast, a lot of freeze dried breakfast meals are less than this but I often feel hungry again around 10.00am.
