The Flex 4 Cook System is MSR's most comprehensive, high-capacity cook set for four or more. The Flex systems includes pots, DeepDish plates and insulated mugs.
MSR says:
This is our highest capacity, full-featured cook system for groups of 4 or more. Including a big, hard-anodized 5.3L pot, and a 3.2L nonstick, you can fix a feast for the whole posse on a road trip, while its compact nested design makes it a great option for big river and group backpack trips as well. You get an extra Strainer Lid for maximum efficiency, plus plates and mugs for four.
Our Verdict
The Flex series are for basecamp use but to get them to basecamp they still need to be hauled - thats why MSR have turned their attention to lightening up large group cooking systems. The Flex systems include pots deep plates and insulated mugs while the Flex potsets include the pots only.
All the items in the range come up to MSR's exacting standards for quality and useability.
