A fantastic day pack that still packs a lot into its 32L size.

Our Verdict
This is a day pack that contains a lot of the features of its big brother the Prospector, namely the fully zipped back panel for quick access to all of your gear. . The addition of the back panel is a new one to me, and, a little skeptical at first, wasn’t sure what to make of it, but after taking it out on the trail I can see its merits. If like me you are someone who enjoys cooking in the back country it just makes things much easier to access, and much more straightforward, meaning you don’t have to empty your entire pack in search of your missing long-handled spoon. Equally good for photographers.
The bag has lots of nooks and crannies including a hidden fully zipped mesh pocket located inside the front “quick-stash” pocket, as well as lots of additional bungee cords, loops and a daisy chain for attaching additional equipment. A day pack that is actually made for the hills, not just a gym bag.
