If you are after a lightweight, functional and packable cutlery set the Sea to Summit's Delta Cutlery Set could be your solution. The BPA free plastic feels durable. The spoon is a good size and the knife has a serrated edge for ease of cutting. The cutlery is shorter than the norm but this makes them easier to pack away into a bowl or pot (designed specifically to fit in a delta bowl) and saves some precious weight.
The set comes with a nifty custom carabiner that locks all the cutlery together for tidy storage
