Designed for fans of intense effort, such as vertical kilometre racing, these sunglasses are uncompromising when it comes to performance and comfort. Also available in a REACTIV Photochromic version, the mono-lens guarantees a wide, obstacle free field of vision, regardless of light levels. The suspended construction adds outstanding ventilation by encouraging air to pass between the lens and the frame. Last but not least, the Air Link concept and its shock absorber insert at the end of the temples offers even better grip and lightness.
Our Verdict
Julbo's Aero Spectron 3CF Sunglasses are designed for speed. A super lightweight design with flexible grips along the arms allow these glasses to stay in place whether you're hiking or sprinting up the mountain. The intelligent aerated design allow increased ventilation above the lens and along the arms to stop them steaming up. The wide, panoramic surface of the lens gives a wide field of vision and it makes a big difference when you're picking your way over technical terrain.
These come with Cat. 3 lenses which provide excellent levels of protection and clear vision for conditions you regularly find in the UK. The coloured coating on the glasses does not reflect the colours you see through them. They have a great effect on bringing out colours and bright and partially cloudy days, or a good summers day here in the UK!
